Strong of our 25-years-old experience in the field of sustainability and impact finance, we believe that often money is not so hard to raise, once you have a clear picture about what and how to do with it. Through the recovery and management of abandoned and disused public and private properties, we enhance local energies to generate and redistribute social and economic value.
We like to create community spaces capable of redefining the concept of proximity, places that bring fresh perspectives on how to accelerate processes of local development rooted in reciprocity. We are constantly experimenting with new methodologies, sharing our path with institutions, associations and local communities.

We mainly invest with equity or quasi-equity, mostly focusing on enterprises which are registered and run operational offices in Italy, but with the possibility of investing in operational targets in other EU countries. Our core focus is on first and second-stage enterprises, on pre-seed, seed and first-stage investments.

We imagine, write, design and create podcasts, videos, illustrations and animations. We design and produce magazines, including both writing, art direction and graphic development. We build integrated communication plans and create user-friendly platforms with a tailored approach for each project, and adapting tools to the needs of our clients.

Born as a district for sustainable innovation, Avanzi Coworking is a space dedicated to the collaboration and sharing of experiences and skills, promoting professional inclusion and networking. Covering more than 1000sqm with about 120 workstations for small businesses, freelancers and startups, Avanzi coworking is a large and bright space with meeting rooms and an adjacent café (Upcycle).
